Tom Morello is becoming something of a fixture at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, having appeared as a performer or presenter in 2013 and 2014. This year, he melted faces with his performance of “Born in Chicago” with Zac Brown during a tribute to the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, and again when he joined a veritable army of guitarists to accompany Beatles Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney on “I Wanna Be Your Man” for the finale.

Besides that, he’s blown minds with the rock ‘n’ roll equivalent of Ellen DeGeneres’ legendary Oscars selfie.
But if his caption is to be believed, he’s not quite as adept with a cell phone camera as he is with a six string. Because while his photo has the enviable cast of Billie Joe Armstrong and Tre Cool from Green Day, Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Beck, Zac Brown and Bill Withers, a few faces ended up not making the shot.
